This state-of-the-art machine consists of two rotating columns with eight to sixteen stations in each one consecutively depending on the machine model and bag size. The first rotating column is for loading. opening, and filling the bags and the second column is for vacuuming and sealing the bags. After the vacuum and sealing operation, the complete bag is delivered to the output conveyor. Rotary vacuum packing machines are continuous type packaging machine unlike other types of vacuum packaging technologies like vacuum thermoforming and offers high productivity and throughput within limited space and budget. This machine has advanced sealing temperature control under HMI control and also has remote diagnostics and troubleshooting capability from the machine manufacturer and servicing team which greatly reduces machine downtime.
